Miranda Stevens

Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, Miranda brings over a decade of hands-on healthcare experience and an enduring passion for nursing to her role as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Her commitment to women’s health and birthwork began in childhood, inspired by shows like A Birth Story that first sparked her curiosity and admiration for the birthing process.
Her journey in healthcare began as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), steadily advancing through the ranks with a clear focus on providing compassionate, patient-centered care. With nursing experience in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Labor & Delivery (L&D), she developed a deep respect for the complexity and strength of women throughout every stage of life.
Guided by the meaning of the word “midwife”—with women—she feels honored to walk alongside her patients, offering support through adolescence, pregnancy, birth, and beyond. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Nurse-Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University, graduating in 2025.
A proud member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM), and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (NPWH), she is committed to providing care to her community that emphasizes education, shared decision-making, and trauma-informed principles.
Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and close friends—nurturing the same relationships that ground and inspire her in her work.
